Refund Policy
PawSome Pup Co. sells dog treats, dog food, and other pet-related consumable items. Because these products are food and safety-sensitive goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, spoiled, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at illingworthcommerce@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Dog treats
- Dog food
- Opened or unopened consumable pet products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on dog treats, dog food, or other consumable pet products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at illingworthcommerce@gmail.com so we can evaluate the problem.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at illingworthcommerce@gmail.com.
